The department develops technologies and solutions in the field of the avoidance, reduction of CO2-emission and Life Cycle Assessment is a major goal of the work. The technology development is supported by process analysis & optimization, higher-level system integration, planning and optimization. To do this, the department uses data-driven AI technologies and sustainable solutions.
The department is able to compute and reduces CO2(eq)-emissions of products and systems, Process Analysis and Optimization, Life Cycle Assessment, AI and Machine Learning work to optimize LCA.
